北醫神經婦幼團隊

北醫神經婦幼團隊由公衛學院陳怡樺院長帶領,結合了公衛精神流行病學與環境科學專家、婦產小兒神經與早療臨床醫師組成專業團隊,因應當前少子化危機,關注嬰幼兒發展能否順應環境的巨大變動,並經由長期追蹤探討環境對於孩童身心健康的影響。本團隊自2009年積極投入此議題,並共同為嬰幼兒成長與健康努力,同時關注父母親的整體身心狀態,認為家庭整體健康為社區、群體乃至於國家未來發展之重要關鍵。

本團隊在當前以科技導入健康之重要契機,持續擴充大型「臺灣孕產期健康追蹤研究」長期追蹤資料庫優勢,最大特色莫過於納入影響幼兒發展舉足輕重卻少有文獻支持之議題,包括睡眠、多媒體使用、飲食習慣、室內室外空氣污染與重金屬暴露等之危害。過去研究對象大多集中於3-12歲的兒童,並已指出危害與風險,然針對1-3歲幼兒關鍵期的研究明顯不足,且鮮少能對嬰幼兒以長期追蹤研究整合探討各因子連動與交互作用,及其對幼兒認知語言發展之權重影響力,因此本團隊之特色為利用長期追蹤資料結合家訪採樣調查、收集親子之睡眠品質與體內重金屬含量、家戶環境與空氣品質採樣以及幼兒語言發展與腦部神經發展狀況,再經由人工智慧多模態資訊平台,建立幼兒神經發展預測模型,並有助於醫事人員選取適當的早療決策,進而達到預防醫學與精準公衛之願景。
